In this course you’ll learn how to work with wellness tools including somatic therapies, red light, brain health, confidence building, and intuitive eating. You’ll explore the world of wellness including areas such as endocrine disruptors, chemicals and medications and their effect on human wellbeing and issues around this including seed freedom, land ownership, environmental custodianship. Lastly, you’ll look closely at stress, sleep disturbances and sleep coaching, and natural health.
