What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you apply for membership (including registration for fact sheets or newsletters), enrolling into a course, submitting feedback or assessments, engaging in discussion posts, we may need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number and fax number. This enables us to process your application and send you your course materials. We may also ask you for your gender, date of birth, occupation, education background, professional memberships and the number of children you may have. This allows us to tailor our services and quality courses to meet your needs.

When you apply directly to us for one of our courses, we also need to know your credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your application and advise you of your student details.  We may also required to call a Merchant Facility with your credit card details for authorization before banking. If you apply via one of our agents or distributors we advise you to review their privacy policy also.  All credit card details are destroyed immediately after your payment is cleared, we do not hold any financial details beyond this date.  Your financial information when provided for purchases made through our e-commerce system are held entirely with the provider and not WCG. If you provide us with feedback, we may publish your comments, but we do so in a way that your identity is kept private unless you have given us permission otherwise. If you provide information in response to our discussion board or polls, we will aggregate the information you provide with the results of polls conducted and will publish the overall results. Again, we will not do so in a way that identifies you personally.  We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the web site, wellcollegeglobal.com or shopwellcollege.com or learnwellcollege.com services and special offers.
