A unique single unit course (also a core unit in our Certificate of Nutrition & Health Coaching) that offers you an insight into the minimum requirements for movement for good health, along with the opportunity to begin a journey into understanding mental health challenges and how to respond appropriately and support those with such challenges.

This course is currently made up of 3 components:

  1. Principles of Physical Activity
  2. Emotional Health – BCoached*
  3. Mental Health Awareness

Exemptions may be applicable for those with fitness or exercise or mental health qualifications. Please contact the office before enrolling.
